6TH October...Yoga Kindly Pop Up class in DONEGAL Ireland

On a one week home visit decided…why not have a pop up class with my local community.Seed planted, Flyers Printed distributed , social media doing what it does best Yoga Kindly came to Carrigart for a one off class with a further request for more.

Now in the planning a Pre Christmas Festive therapy day, awakening morning Vinyasa flow, Lunch time Vinyasa release, closing the days event with Slow Flow candle light restore.
